Follow up on Bill Burkett

As I stated previously I have received information that Mr. Bill Burkett was hired by Obama campaign sometime in Feb of 2008.
Bill Burkett is the person that supplied Dan Rather and his producer Mary Mapes with info on George Bush, stating that some strings were pulled to get him into National Guard instead of Active military. Later info came, showing that the documents were forged.
I was looking for corroborating evidence in regards to Bill Burkett being hired by BO.
I received info that sometime in September of this year there was a radio program on WOAI, in San Antonio TX. DJ's name was Parker, I believe Clayton Parker. He talked about Bill Burkett, who was linked to Dan Rather's forged documents, being hired by BO. The issue of course, is he in any way connected to all of these forged documents or was he sat up to be a fall guy in case the forgeries blow up in somebody's face.
Does somebody have this talk show host's phone number? Bill Burkett's number? Did any of you listen to this program, what was said? any specific facts, dates, names, documents? if you have any specific info e-mail dr_taitz@yahoo.com or call 949-683-5411

Please see the attached letter from a reader Ruth Mutti. You can see the addresses for Barack Obama pulled from different databases previously. It looks like these addresses were provided in connection with donations and campaign contributions. Let's follow the money trail. I will post info from other readers that follow similar patterns. What do we have?
a. is it money that was reported as donation, but not actually given?
b. money reported as donation but actually refunded to the donor? is there a tax evasion pattern?
c. were deals made between donors and recipients to split the money?
d. are some of these organizations not existant or not legitimate?
there are so many possibilities, it will take too long to describe all of them and I am tired, it has been a long day.

Two campaign contributions made by "Barack Obama" from two different addresses that don't appear to be his. (I pulled up the property profiles for these properties.) Neither of these addresses was on the list you posted.

One address has the owner listed as Jane L. Stuart. Might that be
the same Jane L. Stuart that Treasurer of the Illinois Judges Association?

There is a second public record for the same address that lists the owner of a trust.

The second address that a campaign contribution as made from is a commercial entity called Fresh Choice.

The details to all of this are below.

Chief Justice John Roberts agreed to hear my case Lightfoot v Bowen, challenging eligibility for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. He distributed the case to the full conference of the Supreme Court. The timing of this decision by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, is absolutely remarkable. On January 7, one day before the January 8 vote by Congress and Senate, whether to approve or object to the electoral vote of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as president of the United States, Chief Justice Roberts is sending a message to them, telling them to Hold on, not so fast, there is value in this case, read it. Hawaiian statue 338 allows Foreign Born children of Hawaiian Residents to obtain Hawaiian Birth Certificates, it allows one to get Hawaiian Certification of Life birth based on a statement of one relative only, without any corroborating evidence. Ok I checked on the above address because I know the area and there is no 1603 Rucker Road shown on the tax appraiser web site HOWEVER there is an Islamic Center of North Fulton Inc. showing ownership of two properties on the same road at 1255 and 1265 Rucker Road as well as a man by the name of Hussain Mohammed Shahib and Shaiman Bano showing ownership of the properies located at 1380 1410 and 1420 Rucker Road now I will drive up to the 1603 address sometime tomorrow and see if it exists or not but this is a strange coincidence yes?”

Bill Burkitt (from Dan Rather-gate)-did he work for Obama campaign?

I got a phone call from a person that is well known, but who wanted to stay anonymous, stating that Mr. Bill Burkitt worked for Obama campaign approximately since Feb of 2008. I need to verify this info.

Who is Bill Burkitt and why is it important? Bill Burkitt is a retired Colonel in National Guard, he worked on several campaigns, however he is also a person that supplied Dan Rather's producer Mary Mapes with a document about somebody pulling the strings and getting Pres Bush out of the active military and into National Guard.(reported during Bush-Carry contest, 2004) Later information came that the document was forged, that it was computer generated and not typed on a typewriter, as it was supposed to be in those years. Dan Rather and Mary Mapes were fired. Burkitt was accused of forgery, he stated that he was only the messenger.
I need to know if information about Mr. Burkitt working for Obama Campaign is true, can somebody verify it? As you recall there are several reports from experts, stating that Obama's Short birth certificate computer generated in 2007 and posted on Fight the smears BO site -is forged, as well as his selective service certificate and a number of other documents. A manufactured decision by a VA judge was traced by my volunteers to somebody posting under a name Wild Bill. I am curious if indeed Bill Burkitt worked for Obama campaign, if he is involved or did somebody intentionally hire him as a fall guy, in case all these forgeries blow up in somebody's face? I believe this should be forwarded to Pres Bush. Maybe this would be an additional incentive for him to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the whole Natural Born Citizen issue of BO.

Where did the addresses come from?

The addresses came from a Private investigator. This investigator worked previously with democratic disaster and a few of our volunteers. He got them from different databasis. The whole point is to verify the address and see which properties does he own or owned under the name Stanley ann dunham, Kelly ann Dunham, Shirley ann dunham, Anna Toot, Madelyn Dunham, Stanley Armor Dunham, Ann Sutoro, Ann Soetoro, Ann Obama, S. Ann Obama.
Smbd stated that many addresses are properties rented by campaign. I don't believe campaign would rent properties under the name of the candidate.

Look at this huge list of properties under Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama

Please look at this huge list of properties. We have a lot of work ahead of us. I really will need help in coordinating this project. I need volunteers in different states to go to the county recorders offices and pull info on these properties: who owns them, when were they purchased, deeds, prices. Some of these addresses might be mistakes, however Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama are extremely rare names. There is a good probability that many of these properties are actually owned by BO. Keep in mind: Michelle Obama had an active law license only for 4 years, most of the time she was a state employee on a modest salary. BO was a state senator 96-2004 making some $55,000 per year. Where did these properties come from, who paid for them, where did the money come from? We need to trace it all.

Class action of 320 million citizens- what can be done? Contact Burris and Blagojevich

I got numerous questions like this one from a reader, Mike.
"Would the question therein (retyped here below) be a SCOTUS issue and worthy of building a case speaking on behalf of the "class of all 330 million citizens" in USA. Afterall, we, The People, own the Whitehouse and employ the POTUS, do we not?"

I was waiting for one thing to happen and be reported in the newspapers, namely for the Democrats in Congress and Senate to be dumb enough to reject Roland Burris and for the Secretary of State of Ilinois, Jessy White, to be dumb enough to refuse to sign on the appointment of Burris. Truth of the matter is, that indeed there is nothing constitutionally wrong with Burris. White had no legal right to deny the appointment and Congress and Senate Democrats acted in bad faith in denying his confirmation. Why am I talking about it? Because I know of only one instance when citizens of numerous states can go to the Supreme Court under one banner, that is a case when a Governor of the state is a plaintiff. You may not like the messenger, I know, but that is a sure way to deliver the message. Can someone from the State of Illinois contact Burris and Blagojevich? There are several steps that need to be taken. I need to talk to both of them ASAP, today. God works in mysterious ways...

Please write and call the Supreme Court, demand a decision from Chief Justice Roberts ASAP, today

As you know, my petition for stay in Lightfoot v Bowen is in front of Chief Justice Roberts. I Fed Exed it on Monday, Dec 22, and it was received and signed for on Dec 23rd. I was told by the clerk responsible for stays, Mr. Danny Bickle, that they couldn't find the package for A WEEK, even though it was signed for. On the 29th it was given to Chief Justice Roberts. Typically decisions on stay are issued within a couple of days. It has been a week since Chief Justice Roberts officially received the package and 2 weeks since it was actually received by the Supreme Court, and there is no decision yet from Roberts. Maybe it is his strategy to simply sit on it indefinetely, trying to avoid showing to 320 million American citizens where does he really stand in regards to the Constitution of this country: is he willing to hear an oral argument in defense of the Constitution or is he willing to let it be torn apart. Chief Justice Roberts owes us an answer and he owes it immediately, when a petition for an emergency stay is concerned. By sitting on it and refusing to issue a decision, he is de facto allowing one to be confirmed and inaugurated president of the country by fraud, he is allowing a mockery of the Constituion.

We need volunteers in Iowa- Really urgent and important

Yesterday I posted an article by Linda Starr, that mentioned investigation of Obama, based on the fact that he fraudulently obtained salary and benefits of State and US Senator.
Why is she saying that? There is no proof that BO was born in this country and even if he were to be born here, his mother has relinquished his US citizenship when the family immigrated to Indonesia and obtained Indonesian citizenship, that doesn't allow dual citizenship and his US citizenship was relinquished at that time. There is a mounting evidence that Obama has reaffirmed his exclusive Indonesian citizenship as an adult by traveling on Indonesian passport and receiving financial aid in this country as a foreign student from Indonesia.
Why am I asking for volunteers from Iowa? Let me explain. There is a law called "False Claims Act". This law gives an opportunity to ordinary citizens to file claims against an individual or company that received benefits from Federal government under false claims (receiving a salary of a US or State Senator while not being a legal citizen would suffice). A person that sponsored this legislation and ardently pushed for it was the most senior member of senate finance committee, Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa (R). Everything I read about Senator Grassley tells me that he is a decent man that genuinely cares about this country and it's people. Maybe we have patriots in Iowa, that can call senator Grassley today, forward the information we gathered on Obama and demand a formal investigation by the Senate finance committee, please demand that senator Grassley object to the electoral vote day after tomorrow and demand formal investigation of Obama's citizenship.

Touché'! And let me just tell you, if he can't prove he was a US citizen when he was the Illinois State Senator, or the Us Senator, he can go to jail and pay huge fines and damages. Quo Tam fits the description of Phil's action that has been under seal. And in that suit, it isn't up to Phil to prove he wasn't fraudulently collecting money from the government taxpayers for a seat he wasn't eligible to hold. He has to prove he WAS ELIGIBLE to stay out of jail. Checkmate! Your boy is going to jail if he refuses to prove he was eligible to serve.

Barry goes to jail if he can't prove he was eligible. It's fraud. He is between a rock and a hard place. it isn't just repaying his pay checks all these years, and for expenses, etc. He isn't entitled to anything if he wasn't eligible. Those numbers go up really fast when you start adding in expense account write-offs. And if he wasn't eligible to serve, then all those expenses he claimed for holding the office are null and void. That means he's got bigger problems than you have any idea. He fraudulently and falsely claimed the profit on the purchase of his home as a Capitol Gains instead of as income, which is at a MUCH higher rate and then we have the penalties and interest on filing fraudulent and false income tax returns, not to mention filing fraudulent expenses.

Because his mother registered his foreign birth in Hawaii to give him US citizenship, either not knowing she was too young to confer citizenship, or having lied about it - it is still fruit off the poisoned tree. It doesn't make him a citizen if his birth registry was done fraudulently or erroneously.

At any rate, we do know the COLB was forged, so that eliminates his birth in Hawaii . He was a foreign birth registry. The original says he was a foreign birth in Kenya . You'll see.

President of the US has to be a Natural born citizen, which means one that was born in this country to parents (both) that are US citizens. (definition from Law of Nations, Emmerich De Vattel, definition by John A Bingham, framer of the 14 Th amendment.) Due to the fact that Obama's father was not a US citizen, Obama is not a Natural Born citizen. Additionally Hi statue 338 allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to obtain Hawaiian Birth Certificates. Hawaii also allows Certification of Hawaiian birth to be obtained based on a statement of one relative only, such as a statement of a grandparent. Obama's paternal grandmother in Kenya made statements that he was born in Kenya, while his maternal grandmother in Hawaii never made any statement to deny that fact. There is no corroborating evidence to show that Obama was born in Hawaii- no birthing records from any hospital in HI. Obama has spent thousands of dollars fighting in court any requests to unseal his original birth certificate and refused to provide his immigration records, any and all passports and university enrollment records. If he really was born in Hawaii, he would not be fighting to conceal from American citizens his original birth certificate, that is supposed to show the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor, he would not be hiding all other documents verifying his citizenship. He has only posted a short version COLB, that does not show the name of the Hospital or a name of the doctor. As of now there is no corroborating evidence to show that Obama was born in HI or went through immigration process coming from Kenya, therefor there is no evidence that Obama is even a legal citizen of the US. As of now there is only evidence of Obama being a citizen of Indonesia, where he and his family immigrated when he was a child and citizenship of Great Britain (Kenya was a British colony at the time of Obama's birth), and Kenya.

Cyntia lived with Margaret Dunham

Letter from a reader-Madelyn Dunhan suffered from orteoporosis, no mention of cancer

In August, during a family vacation in Honolulu following his Democratic Party nomination, Obama told reporters that Dunham was struggling from osteoporosis that limits her mobility. He did not mention she had cancer. On Oct 21,2008 , Dunham's brother, Charles Payne, who is Obama's great-uncle, told the Associated Press from his Chicago home that Dunham, who turns 86 on Sunday, "has not been well for a long time. Then she fell and broke her hip fairly recently. She's unhappy with the condition that she's in, I can tell you that." Again no mention of any cancer.

Apparently Arlene Payne is Margaret Arlene Payne, born 1926, BO's great aunt, Madelyn Dunham's sister.
She was a professor of statistics at Chapel Hill, NC and now lives in Kansas. Can someone interview her?

who is Cynthia?

Does anyone know who is Cynthia that lived with Madelyn Dunham?
Was she a live-in nurse, a caretaker? Can someone visit her and ask the unanswered questions?

Another reader, David researched the genealogical tree and found yet another sibling Arlene Payne. Can anybody see if Stanley Armor Dunham had any siblings?

Andy Martin confirmed that the UW email was from the UW source. Devvy Kidd received the UH email via letter so same email. Dates don't make sense. Devvy mentioned that the email doesn't show Ann in attendance in 1961. Dates of graduation don't mesh with the dates of attendance.

I discount the UH email as being credible. Consider the UW email as credible.

On the Soetoro divorce papers clearly to me the small L's standing for 1 are different. All small L's in the divorce papers are similar except the small L supposedly representing Obama. Should have been done a day later as an add-on to correct a mistake. Could have been done years later assuming the original as legitimate. Alternately the whole divorce papers were reworked recently.

Hawaii law makes parents responsible for the educational expenses past minority. That is the reason for the second blank which would be blank if only one minor child was involved. Nice place to type in a small L (1) which is way out of alignment.

Comparing handwriting the divorce papers Ann Soetoro signatures not similar to high school writing samples of Stanley Ann Dunham. I can look for the sources of those samples if you are interested. The photo writing refers to best high school friend Maxine Box.

I taught cursive writing in Chicago Schools for several years so I am aware of the features, differences. Why doesn't Maya Soetoro show photos of the family? Then we can compare early Ann with Ann Soetoro.

President Carter didn't require males to sign up for SS for a period but then restarted it. If Obama was born August 4, 1961 he had to sign up. If before August 4, 1961 up to 4 years he didn't have to sign up. As August 4, 1961 was decided on as the BIG DAY there was a good reason to get a SS application in the system. I believe he is older maybe being born before Hawaii became a state August 1959 thus not natural born.

One of the readers stated that Margaret Payne lives in Kansas. Another reader stated that reader Buela made a mistake and Charles Payne is alive. If that is correct, we have Charles, Margaret and Jack Payne, all of their children and grand children. Any living relative can sign a request for release of BO's original BC. I hope that in this whole family there is one honest, decent person, that cares about the truth and the Constituion of this country and signs a rquest to get a copy of BO's BC.

More important info for you to go by, we can get to the bottom of it

Things are moving fast. Apparently Charles Payne gave an interview to the US News reporter Allen G Breed. I don't know when exactly Charles Payne was interviewed, but the article came out on Oct 24. Judging by the article Charles Payne was in good health, 83 year old retired director of University of Chicago library.
I was trying to see, what new info came out in this article.
1. There is a sister of Madelyn Dunham, her name is Margaret Payne (don't know married name), retired professor of statistics, univ. of Chapel Hill, NC, 82 y.o.
2. There is a brother Jack Payne, 71 y.o.
Can anyone find these relatives? Maybe they have more info on BO's birth, whereabouts and addresses, where Madelyn and Stanley A. Dunham lived in Ca, Tx, Ks.
3. Stanley Armor Dunham died in 1992, no probate docs were found so far
4. Stanley Ann Dunham died in 1995, no probate docs were found
5. Madelyn Dunham volunteered as a probate aid in Oahu circuit court
6. She also volunteered as an arbitrator in Juvenile monetary restitution department
Can somebody find this reporter, he should have info on the addresses of Margaret, Jack and Charles. That's a starting point. Maybe he has info on their children and grandchildren
