Link follows:

http://citizenwells.wordpress.com/2008/12/07/obama-not-eligible-obama-not-natural-born-citizen-obama-signature-on-arizona-candidate-nomination-paper-moniquemonicat-blog-did-obama-commit-fraud-did-obama-lie/

Regarding SCOTUS' denials of Cort/Leo case(s) - do you think SCOTUS fears Obama and his use of the race card/riot threat thus SCOTUS refuses to get involved? This has proved convenient for Obama's coup, using the race card -- Martin Luther King would not be pleased with Obama - MLK said to judge a man by the CONTENT of his CHARACTER NOT the COLOR of his SKIN.

Is it possible for SCOTUS to be bought?
Leo's/Cort's cases were right on point regarding Obama's failure to qualify under the "natural born citizen" requirement. Obama has shown he has divided allegiance - he has campaigned for his cousin in Kenya (and raised funds for said campaign). Allegiance to Kenya; born with British(Kenyan) citizenship (Kenyan father).

I know this next question may sound stupid but do you think it possible that our country is on the road to some sort of fascism? The idol worship of Obama; the media propaganda/bias; media blackout regarding ineligibility/media censorship; refusal of media to vet/report honestly; financial devastation; various websites reveal Obama's communist leanings and associations; he surrounds himself with anti-semites/anti-Israel (with the exception of Rahm Emanuel); Obama's refusal to reveal ANY of his records regarding vault bc, college records, medical records, etc. - it is suspected that his college records would reveal his status to be "foreign"; massive amounts of money which bought the election; etc. How can it be that we have this man who refuses to reveal who he is? And WE KNOW he is NOT a "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN" under Art 2 of our Constitution. A Constitution for which he has no respect. Nor does he have any respect for us, the American people, or else he would not be putting us through this -- if he were a man of integrity, he would not have run for President knowing that he is ineligible under our Constitution. Throughout the primary and general election, the media controlled information and selected Obama - propaganda machines (who owns it). This to me is most alarming because media then CONTROLS our Country -- this is DANGEROUS!!!
How can this be that we have someone who KNOWS HE IS INELIGIBLE and doesn't care - he is TAKING our country with no respect or regard for our Constitution.
I just find it all to be quite frightening.
If he were a man of integrity, he wouldn't put us in this situation. He would step away.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1958992492864100930.post-69859186667107007542008-12-17T08:57:00.000-08:002008-12-17T08:57:00.000-08:00Although I really appreciate all the people spendi...Although I really appreciate all the people spending their time to pursue this matter, I could not but feel the futility. I have lost all my faith in the government and Congress. Just look at the Wall Street ponzi scam committed by Madoff. Nobody is watching them. The government and all its regulatory agencies are simply turning a blind eye. It is happening with this eligibility issue too. Nobody is doing the vetting yet everyone is confident that it has been vetted already. That is how all thieves are having their great parties in the U.S. Whoever tells the biggest lie will succeed most easily, because nobody would even challenge you once the lie is big enough. Think of those corrupted Chicago politicians and their connection with Obama, yet as long as Obama says he has no connection with them, people just believe him. The truth is that once you manage to get yourself high enough in the position, you can do whatever you want regardless of the law. We have queried all the secretaries of state and the electoral boards, repeatedly over the last several months and have not found one that vetted this candidate. Not one! No law enforcement organization has this responsibility, and in months of inquiry we have not discovered one that has examined his documents, and not one organization has stepped forward to claim that they have, making it highly unlikely that any have done so. The evidence that there is something wrong here is almost completely overwhelming. So join us and continue to complain and make your concerns known! That is the only way we will get a response.

Robert StevensOrly Taitz, DDS Esq.https://www.blogger.com/profile/09032528086295633238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1958992492864100930.post-59042689032442962272008-12-16T20:45:00.000-08:002008-12-16T20:45:00.000-08:00Thank you for your post and suggestions. If the Senators and Congressmen realize there are a number of people who do not believe Obama legitimate, and who are watching their actions, we may yet have a chance to escape catastrophe.

I emailed my Senators and Congressman about 8 days ago. I have not heard from the Senators, but today received a reply from my Congressman, a Democrat. I'm pasting his reply to me here:

"Thank you for contacting me regarding your concerns that President-elect Obama has not proven his citizenship. I appreciate hearing from you.

"The rumors concerning President-elect Obama's citizenship are not valid. Candidates for President of the United States face rigorous scrutiny and provide public documents regarding their citizenship. I am confident that President-elect Obama has proven that he is a citizen. He was born in Hawaii and lived there for most of his pre-college years. I am pleased with this very historic opportunity to have President-elect Obama represent our country as the next President of the United States.

"I look forward to working with President-elect Obama in the 111th Congress. Government works best when it stands for the working families of this country. This means supporting important programs in education, healthcare, and economic development. It also means bringing the national deficit under control, so our children will not be burdened by tremendous debt, and making sure that free trade is fair trade with protections for environment and labor standards."

Do I believe his statements about the scrutiny Presidential candidates face? Of course not. If anyone had actually vetted him, wouldn't they have said something by now? But this reply is more than I expected from him.

Keep the faith!CalifGirlInMainehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09042639656065463539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1958992492864100930.post-59513340445553264572008-12-16T18:01:00.000-08:002008-12-16T18:01:00.000-08:00Hey anonymous,Please do us all a favor and file a ...Hey anonymous,

Please do us all a favor and file a lawsuit so I can make a YouTube of it and get the word out more.

It's people like you that the public isn't aware of and should be.

Bring it on, coward!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1958992492864100930.post-29556861158796426942008-12-16T17:55:00.000-08:002008-12-16T17:55:00.000-08:00info@fed-soc.orgDear Federalist Society,As you pro...info@fed-soc.org

Dear Federalist Society,

As you probably know already, there have been dozens of cases contesting the Constitutional eligibility of all three 2008 presidential candidates, McCain, Obama and Calero, this past year.

Several cases have even reached the United States Supreme Court and have been distributed for conference by Justices Thomas and Scalia, only to be ultimately ignored without dissent or opinion. It would seem as soon as one case is disregarded, another takes its place, culimating in what is now, a very long line of petitions that the judicial branch continues to ignore.

What is the Federalist Society doing about this crucial issue?

We have proven that the MSM lacks the ability to report accurately what is going on, if at all. But what of the conservative outlets such as yourself who purport to hold the contentions of Justice Scalia correct? Why isn't the Federalist Society at least opinionating as to why these cases don't succeeed when a bonafide Constitutional issue is presented for full conference?

I invite you to look into this issue and take on the Constitutional effect it is having on the people of America.

http://grou.ps/zapem is where you can find the past, present and future cases currently approaching the SCOTUS level as there seems to be no end in sight and no answers.

(ZAPEM - http://group.ps/zapem)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1958992492864100930.post-8417706992764494932008-12-16T15:16:00.000-08:002008-12-16T15:16:00.000-08:00Since the Supreme Court has now prevented itself f...Since the Supreme Court has now prevented itself from acknowledging the question of whether Barack H. Obama is or is not an Article II "natural born citizen" based on the Kenyan/British citizenship of Barack Obama's father at the time of his birth (irrespective of whether Barack Obama is deemed a "citizen" born in Hawaii or otherwise) as a prerequisite to qualifying to serve as President of the United States under the Constitution -- the Court having done so three times and counting, first before the Nov 4 general election and twice before the Dec 15 vote of the College of Electors -- it would seem appropriate, if not necessary, for all Executive Branch departments and agencies to secure advance formal advice from the United States Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel as to how to respond to expected inquiries from federal employees who are pledged to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States" as to whether they are governed by laws, regulations, orders and directives issued under Mr. Obama during such periods that said employees, by the weight of existing legal authority and prior to a decision by the Supreme Court, believe in good faith that Mr. Obama is not an Article II "natural born citizen".Tedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04011502155494655727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1958992492864100930.post-46464093116548682352008-12-16T14:40:00.000-08:002008-12-16T14:40:00.000-08:00Some suggest that when you contact legislators, yo...Some suggest that when you contact legislators, you also include media contacts in the "cc" box.
